CRSys the new Online Reservation System from Parsec

CRSys system, fully compatible with our Parsys system, is the current online reservation system of Parsec. CRSys has several modules which can be adapted to suit the needs of every Touroperator. .

CRSclient, the agencies interface, allows a custom made user interface and includes all state of the art features that made the reservation process in our systems easy and powerful. It connects with Google Earth showing the location of all selected hotels in the same map. It also allows a exclusive set of advanced search tools such as getting all hotels in Paris located at 1000m or less from Notre Dame or any other significant place in any big city.

CRSTalk module allows full connectivity with more than 30 global suppliers such as Gulliver, Pegasus, Kuoni, TravCo, Tourico, Miki, Transhotel, Hotelbeds, Hertz and many more. Each CRSys customer can select the suppliers to work with and establish direct agreements with them. The advantages of this connectivity are evident. For instance, when there is a search of hotels in a city in a critical period, CRSTalk launches queries in parallel to all connected suppliers maximizing the probability to have room availability. Furthermore, if the same hotel and room are available from different suppliers, CRSTalk selects the best price offer.

The CRSAdmin module allows to manage the operator’s own products, such as all types of rooms, allotments, rates, special services, transfers, sightseeings, packages, tours, while the CRSPay module manages credit card payments.

In 2009 the new CRSFlight module will be released allowing direct connection with Amadeus, Galileo and low cost airlines.

CRSys can be contracted in several packages. The basic package includes CRSCore, the system nucleus, and CRSAdmin, the administration system, and includes a standard user interface. More complex packages include a customized user interface with the CRSClient module, connections to all external suppliers and the Parsys Network with CRSTalk and payment management with CRSPay.
